In 2021, a developer approached us with difficulties they were facing with the builder handling their renovation project. After visiting the site, we agreed to take over the development. By that time, some interior fixtures had already been removed. When we began the work, we encountered a number of issues stemming from the previous contractor's work, but we addressed them all promptly and effectively.

The transformation involved converting the residence into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance—one at the front and another at the rear. The entire property required a complete electrical rewire and new plumbing systems for both units. Following this, we focused on renovating the apartments. The result was new open-plan kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and entrance halls, all completed to a high standard, featuring a modern and contemporary design throughout.
